AI Forensics for Truth
A constitutional forensic AI platform built to democratize justice. Free for every citizen. Coming soon to Android and Windows.
The Origin
Verum Omnis was not created in a lab or funded by venture capital. It was born in the aftermath of a devastating cross-border fraud that stripped its founder of everything. When Liam Highcock lost his shareholding in Greensky Ornamentals FZ-LLC to systematic fraud, he was left with nothing but his phone and a determination to prove the truth.
Business partners diverted funds, fabricated a $28,000 liability, concealed transactions, and even attempted to breach his Gmail account. A law firm initially classified the matter as a commercial dispute. But when Liam pushed back with a 370-page forensic case file compiled entirely on his mobile phone, the evidence spoke for itself. The firm agreed: this was criminal, not commercial.
“A law firm told me this was a commercial dispute. I told them to look again. The evidence was criminal — fraud, breach of trust, cybercrime, conspiracy. When they saw the 370-page file, they agreed. That file was built on my phone, at zero cost, by a man who had lost everything.”

Our Mission
After losing everything to cross-border fraud, Liam Highcock built a constitutional forensic AI platform entirely on his mobile phone — at zero cost — to fight for justice. What started as one man's fight against impossible odds became a proof of concept that justice need not be the preserve of the wealthy.
On 23 June 2026, the first-ever AI-assisted Constitutional Court application was filed in South African legal history — 528 pages of cryptographically sealed evidence, 111 documented contradictions, and a mission to set justice free. The entire process cost nothing. No legal fees. No servers. Just a phone and the truth.
Verum Omnis is patent pending. Constitution v6.0 Final. Sealed under SHA-512 with OpenTimestamps (Bitcoin blockchain) anchoring.
Institutional Recognition
What began as a single man with a phone has grown into a multi-institutional investigation spanning criminal dockets, the Hawks, the Public Protector, the Legal Practice Council, and South Africa's highest court.

The Engine
Verum Omnis employs a Nine-Brain Consensus Engine where nine specialized AI modules analyze evidence simultaneously. No single model's output is accepted without corroboration. This eliminates hallucination and ensures every finding is supported by multiple independent analytical perspectives.
Detects direct, implied, and contextual contradictions across documents and statements. Flags fraud by silence and negative evidence.
Analyzes PDF metadata, EXIF data, pixel-level manipulation, cropped screenshots, and composite images.
Validates email headers, WhatsApp logs, timestamp sequencing, and deletion patterns. Detects spoofing.
Identifies evasion patterns, gaslighting, DARVO tactics, and semantic drift. Calculates truth scarcity.
Reconstructs chronological sequences, aligns device clocks, checks travel plausibility, exposes fabricated alibis.
Extracts amounts, traces money flows, identifies shell-hop patterns, duplicate invoices, and unlawful extractions.
Maps proven facts to specific statutes and case law. Produces offence matrices with applicable law and confidence levels.
Detects deepfake audio, splices, environmental mismatches, and speaker continuity. Authenticates recordings.
Generates hypotheses and test vectors. Provides next-step recommendations without influencing consensus.
Never before has a self-represented litigant, acting without legal counsel and relying on AI-generated cryptographically sealed evidence, filed an application in the Constitutional Court of South Africa.

Methodology
Every forensic finding undergoes Triple Verification: Thesis, Antithesis, and Synthesis. No claim is accepted without surviving rigorous adversarial testing.
All findings are forensic indicators, not determinations — final judgement always rests with human reviewers.
What the evidence appears to state. Claims and facts are extracted directly from evidence with precise anchors to page numbers. No interpretation beyond direct support.
Active search for contradictions across timestamps, documents, versions, metadata, and statements. Alternative explanations are listed and flagged for human review.
Only conclusions surviving contradiction checks are accepted. If synthesis cannot be made safely, the output states INSUFFICIENT. The system would rather say I don't know.
Cryptographic Integrity
Every document, analysis, and report is cryptographically sealed using SHA-512 hashing and anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain via OpenTimestamps. Any alteration — even a single character — produces a completely different hash, making tampering immediately detectable.
The platform organises, indexes, cross-references and preserves documents cryptographically; the seal proves two things only — integrity and time.
Anchored to Bitcoin Blockchain via OpenTimestamps
Compliance & Recognition
Verum Omnis does not operate in a vacuum. Every seal, every hash, every report is built on internationally recognized standards and legally binding frameworks. These are not optional certifications — they are the standards against which evidence is prepared for court admissibility review.
International Standard
The international standard for digital evidence collection, preservation, and processing. Verum Omnis complies at every stage — from ingestion (acquisition) to preservation to analysis. This is the gold standard for handling digital evidence across jurisdictions.
Verum Omnis complies at all four Daubert criteria: testability, peer review, known error rates, and general acceptance. The Nine-Brain Architecture provides continuous internal peer review through voting quorums, ensuring replicable, court-admissible results.
South African Law
Sections 11-15 of the ECT Act grant cryptographically secured electronic records a strong presumption of data integrity and legal admissibility. Electronic records that are cryptographically secured carry the same weight as paper originals.
Verum Omnis seals are designed to fall within these provisions, so that cryptographically sealed digital documents can be presented as original electronic evidence under the Act. Admissibility remains a matter for the presiding court.
US Federal Evidence Standard
The legal standard used by US federal courts to evaluate scientific and technical evidence. It requires testability, peer review, known error rates, and general acceptance within the relevant scientific community.
Verum Omnis satisfies all four Daubert criteria through deterministic hashing (testability), Nine-Brain consensus (peer review), quantifiable confidence levels (known error rates), and ISO/IEC 27037 compliance (general acceptance).
Decentralized Proof Anchoring
OpenTimestamps is an open standard for creating cryptographic timestamp proofs on the Bitcoin blockchain — a public, immutable, decentralized ledger maintained by thousands of nodes worldwide. Once a hash is anchored, the timestamp is permanent and publicly verifiable — entirely independent of any state or corporate authority.
The triple-hash seal (content hash + metadata hash + constitutional HMAC) is anchored to Bitcoin via OpenTimestamps. This creates permanent, decentralized, time-stamped proof of a document's exact state — no institution can alter or delete it.
Archival Standard
The international standard for long-term preservation of electronic documents. PDF/A-3B files are self-contained, self-authenticating, and guarantee that the document will render identically decades from now.
Every Verum Omnis report is exported as PDF/A-3B with embedded metadata, visible watermarks, and a QR code containing the full verifiable hash string. Any independent third party can recalculate the hashes to confirm integrity.
Mathematical Proof Engine
SHA-512 operates on a 512-bit state size, meaning the probability of a hash collision is 2^-256 — effectively zero. Any modification of a single bit within a file instantly changes the output hash, rendering tampering immediately detectable.
This is not a claim. This is mathematics. Changing a single comma, a single pixel, or even a single bit produces an entirely different 128-character hash. The mathematics cannot be argued with in court.
“For centuries, the authenticity of documents has relied on trust — trust in the person who created them, trust in the system that processed them. Verum Omnis replaces trust with mathematical certainty. When you scan that QR code and see the SHA-512 hash, you are witnessing something that has never been possible before in legal history: a document that proves its own authenticity. With mathematics. Not with a signature. Not with a stamp. Not with a witness.”
— Verum Omnis Cryptographic Sealing Guide, v1.0Guardian Fraud Firewall
Unlike traditional network firewalls, the Verum Omnis Guardian Firewall operates at the behavioral, legal, and AI interaction level. It prevents tampering, silencing, or alteration of forensic truth — even if institutions or users try to suppress it. Embedded in every Verum-enabled device, part of the Windows enterprise application.
All files uploaded — documents, images, audio, emails — are fingerprinted and scanned for contradictions, timeline breaches, metadata tampering, and falsified declarations. No AI system may ignore these signals.
Only pre-approved AI endpoints may process forensic input. Behavioral override, prompt tampering, or unauthorized LLM swapping are flagged or blocked. The system cannot be gamed.
Monitors for ethical violations, contradictions in AI output, manipulation, and bias. If triggered, findings are automatically logged, included in every report, and never deletable or suppressible — by any user or institution.
If a forensic flag is ignored or dismissed, the system generates a Silence Ledger entry — logging the time, source, and flag summary. Future reports permanently mark this event as unacted risk. Truth cannot be erased.
